Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).

We deliver across Zambia, including major cities such as Lusaka, Ndola, Kitwe, Livingstone, Chingola, and others.
Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days, depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote areas may take longer due to limited courier services.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities, such as import duties or taxes (if applicable).
2. Exchange Policy
At Craze Vogues, we only offer product exchanges—we do not accept returns or refunds.
Exchange Eligibility:
Exchanges are allowed within 7 to 15 days from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
All exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a similar product of equal value.
How to Request an Exchange:
Contact our support team email at support@crazevogues.com within the exchange period.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and confirm if the exchange is approved.
If approved, return the item to our nearest pickup point or arrange for a courier (shipping costs are covered by the customer).
Once we receive the returned item, we will process and send your replacement.
Important Notes:
We do not offer exchanges for size issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending back the item unless the product was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
